Southampton & East Hampton Supervisor Races 2026: Every Itemized Dollar
NYSBOE Nov 5, 2025 – Oct 19, 2026

What it shows
- Southampton: Maria Z. Moore (D, Con; inc.) vs. Richard A. Carozza (R). Contested. The winner serves a 2-year term (2027–2028); the seat was last elected in Nov 2025.
- Moore (filer 319533) raised $14,915.53 from 11 contributors, spent $4,680.48 (radio ads), and lent her campaign $3,537.
- Carozza (filer 528127) raised $250 from one contributor and paid $49 in bank fees. No itemized activity after Feb 27, 2026, and no July or pre-general report appears in NYSBOE data.
- East Hampton: Kathee Burke-Gonzalez (D, WF; inc.) is unopposed on the ballot after beating Jerry Larsen in the June 23 primary, 2,054–1,245 (unofficial). A write-in campaign for Larsen is under way.
- Burke-Gonzalez (filer 18003) raised $800 and spent $3,127.91. Larsen's primary committee (549016) raised $210,860, refunded $54,000 as over the limit and spent $169,246; his write-in committee (592063) raised $20,428 and spent $8,841.
Caveats: NYSBOE itemized data (e9ss-239a), transaction dates Nov 5, 2025 – Oct 19, 2026, amended duplicates collapsed. Raised = schedules A–D plus transfers in (none here). Spent = schedules F and T, with reimbursements that are itemized again as vendor sub-items counted once. Loans and LLC-member memo entries are not counted as raised. Names are shown as filed and grouped only on an exact match. A “filing gap” means a report with transactions was not found in the state dataset as of Nov 1, 2026; it may have been filed late or as a no-activity statement. The East Hampton Town Democratic Committee's mailings are not credited to any candidate, because its filings do not name one. Ballot lines are from the Suffolk County BOE 2026 General Election Candidate List; the primary result is from Suffolk BOE unofficial results.
Cycle window: NYSBOE Nov 5, 2025 – Oct 19, 2026. Source: official campaign finance filings; amounts are reported contributions, transfers and spending.
