$231,006 came in after the last state report: who got the last-minute money

Not yet in the campaign totals. These contributions came in after the last full reports (state: through Oct 19; FEC: through Oct 14). They are reported early under last-minute contribution rules and will appear again in the post-general reports (NYSBOE due Nov 30; FEC due Dec 3), so we list them separately and do not add them to “Raised.”

What are 24-hour and 48-hour notices?
In New York, a candidate’s committee must report any contribution or loan over $1,000 received between the 11-day pre-general cutoff (Oct 19) and Election Day within 24 hours. Federal campaigns must file a 48-hour notice (FEC Form 6) for contributions of $1,000 or more received after the pre-general cutoff (Oct 14) and more than 48 hours before Election Day. Smaller contributions are not in these notices, so the full last-minute total is higher. Amounts are as filed; a few notices may later be amended. Contributions from joint fundraising committees and party committees are listed as filed. Nothing here suggests wrongdoing.
